The house has a private pool in the middle of the garden, between the living and sleeping area. Garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower complete the facilities outside the house. The house allows animals

The night building has its own private entrance, 3 fully equipped bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. There is air conditioning in the common living room

Kitchen

The kitchen is very large and spacious and can accommodate 12 people. Kitchen with 6 hotplates, coffee maker, toaster, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Facilities

The house is equipped with high speed internet, a large TV in the common room and a covered parking space as well as 3 parking spaces.

Standards

Smoking is allowed on our farm, animals are welcome and we can organize events such as parties and birthdays (always respecting the neighborhood).

WHO WE ARE

Sa Palmera Estate

The Sa Palmera rural house is located in Montuiri and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The property consists of two completely independent houses, separated by 50 m.

In the first house there are three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom. In the second house there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom and a work area.

The 300 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen equipped, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so can sleep 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for the home office, a TV smart with streaming services, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher. A cot is also available. The main entrance is air conditioned and is heated by pellets.

However, fans can be provided in summer. This holiday home offers an exclusive outdoor area with swimming pool, garden, covered and open terraces, barbecue and outdoor shower. There are 3 parking spaces on the property and one parking space in the garage.

Pets are welcome.
The property has step-free access and a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has space to store motorcycles and bicycles.

This property has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste.
